Privacy policy
Short version: we collect the minimum we need to match you with listings, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and a password hash.
- Matching: household size and income range, which you give us so we can compare your profile against each listing's published income limits.
- Alert delivery (optional): your Telegram chat ID or phone number, only if you link them for alerts.
What we never do
- We never sell your data, including your income information, to anyone.
- No card data ever touches our servers. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
- No advertising trackers. We don't run ads and don't share data with ad networks.
Alerts and unsubscribing
Every alert email includes a one-click unsubscribe link that works without logging in. Replying STOP to any SMS opts you out of texts immediately.
Deletion
To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email privacy@rerentalalert.com from the address on your account. We'll confirm within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. Nothing else.
