What this is

ReRentalAlert is an unofficial monitoring tool for NYC affordable-housing re-rentals. It is not affiliated with HPD, HDC, or the City of New York. We aggregate publicly posted listings and alert you when new ones match your filters.

Not advice, not a guarantee

• Eligibility results are estimates only. The building's marketing agent makes the final determination.
• Listings can go stale between checks. Always verify details on the official source page before applying.
• We don't submit applications on your behalf and can't influence any housing decision.

Fair housing

We comply with the Fair Housing Act and New York State and City human rights laws. Our filters are limited to unit and eligibility characteristics (rent, bedrooms, borough, household size, income limits) and are never used to steer anyone on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, disability, or source of income.

Accounts and acceptable use

• You're responsible for keeping your password safe.
• Don't abuse the service (scraping, spamming the report button, etc.). We may suspend accounts that do.
• Free accounts get 2 saved searches; Premium adds unlimited searches and extra alert channels as described on the pricing page.

Payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe; no card data touches our servers. You can cancel anytime from your account page. You keep Premium until the end of the billing period.
